These lovely socks were knitted by Tibetan refugees in Dharamsala, North India. Using their traditional handicraft skills enables them to earn a living in a country with few economic opportunities for refugees. Trading with such communities is a key principle of fair trade. As these socks are pure wool, hand wash only.
